Installation:
Install the file labeled 'SWF Anti-Theft Install.mxp'
via Macromedia Extentions Manager.
NOTE: The Extentions Manager can be launched from the help tab of the the Flash Application.
Once installed restart the Flash Application and the SWF Anti-Theft Component will appear in the Flash Applications Components window.
Implementation & Customization:
First, Drag the Anti-Theft Component icon from the Flash Components window to the Flash stage. Make sure the Anti-Theft Component icon that is now on the stage is selected.

Next, view the Flash Component Inspector window where you can enter your custom settings:
- MODE:
Enable and disable the component. - APPROVED URL:
Specify the approved url, this should be the same url domain as the site the swf file is intended to be hosted on. - CUSTOM MESSAGE:
Enter your custom message. - MESSAGE DELAY:
Choose the amount of time, in seconds, that the message will be dislayed before viewer is redirected. - REDIRECT URL 1:
Choose the URL's that you would like the component to direct the user to after it detects a violation.
"Redirect URL1" will open in the _blank window - REDIRECT URL 2:
Choose the URL's that you would like the component to direct the user to after it detects a violation.
"Redirect URL2" will open in a _parent window. - FONT:
It is best to select one of the common system fonts as the text is created dynamically and is not embeded. - FONT SIZE:
Adjust the font size. - HIDE SHEILD:
Change the setting to true to hide the sheild.
Then, Publish the swf file and post it to the approved host.
If the file is posted on any domain except the one you specified in Flash Parameters window the viewer will see the custom message you provided and they will be redirected to the website's specified in the Flash Parameters Window.
